Our four-year pathway offers students a comprehensive journey through the culinary world. In the first year, students start with Foods, where they learn basic cooking techniques and nutrition. The second year focuses on Baking and Pastry, allowing students to explore the art of desserts and bread-making. In the third year, Culinary Arts introduces more advanced cooking methods and menu planning, while the final year, Advanced Culinary Arts, challenges students to refine their skills and create innovative dishes, preparing for a future in the culinary industry.
